Schedol
Terms of Service
Last updated 4 September 2026
1. The service
Schedol is a project management service operated by [Legal entity name], [registered address] ("Schedol", "we"). It lets a workspace run Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall boards side by side, with rules that govern how work moves. By creating an account or joining a workspace you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use Schedol. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in method (your Google account or your email inbox) secure. You must be at least [minimum age] and, if you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
A workspace has one owner. The owner and the admins they appoint control who is in the workspace and what each member may do. We act on their instructions for that workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware or content you have no right to share;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or its rate limits;
- access a workspace, board or account you have not been given access to;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing one from our code or design.
We may suspend an account or workspace that does any of these, with notice where we can.
4. Billing
Price. Schedol costs $6 per seat per month. A seat is a member of a workspace. Seats are counted and billed as members are added and removed; charges are prorated within a billing period.
Trial. A new workspace starts on a trial with up to three members and no charge. When the trial ends the workspace is locked until a subscription is active; nothing is deleted while it is locked.
Activation codes. We may issue a code that activates a workspace without a subscription. A code is for the workspace it was issued to and may be withdrawn if it was obtained or used improperly.
Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation. Cancel at any time from the billing portal in workspace settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period; there are no refunds for partial periods except where the law requires one.
Taxes. Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes, which are added where they apply.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Schedol available at all times but do not promise it. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we can. We are not liable for downtime caused by our providers, by the internet, or by events outside our control.
6. Your content and our property
What you put into Schedol stays yours. You grant us the licence we need to store, display and transmit it in order to run the service for you and your workspace, and nothing more. You can export it at any time.
Schedol itself, including its code, design, name and documentation, is ours or our licensors'. These terms do not give you any right in it beyond using the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. A workspace owner may delete the workspace. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give at least [notice period] notice and a way to export your data.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to [cap]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you have not exported. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app at least [notice period] before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
